Certified Athletic Trainer and Integrative Functional Manual Therapist Lino Cedros received his Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine at California State University, Sacramento in 1984. He has worked in every aspect of the athletic training profession, including with high school, college, professional, and Olympic athletes. In 1991, Lino opened a cash-based private clinic, Kinections Inc., in Sacramento, California.

The clinic has thrived with Lino’s drive to provide superb patient care through somatic therapy, athletic maintenance and rehabilitation, and sports injury assessment.

Currently, Lino is in his 32nd year of clinical practice and has over 11,000 hours of continuing education, both receiving and teaching. Starting in 1991, Lino researched, developed, and instructed classes for the Ursa Foundation based out of Edmonds, Washington with Dr. Loren Rex, D.O., and was on the Ursa Foundation Board of Directors as a senior faculty member.

Lino is recognized as an expert in the field of manual therapy. He has taught both nationally and internationally on the topics of scientific-based rationale of manual techniques. He has been an invited lecturer at the APTA Joint Section Meeting, NATA National Meeting, American Academy of Osteopathy Convocation, and International Conference on Research in Osteopathic Medicine in Ghent, Belgium. Lino also holds faculty status at the Ontario Academy of Progressive Osteopathy in Toronto, Canada.

Currently, Lino is senior faculty and president of Kinections Inc. Treatment Center & Educational Institute (known as ‘The K-Institute’ by the students). He is a talented teacher and outstanding practitioner of Integrative Functional Manual Therapy. He willingly shares his clinical experience with other practitioners to improve their patient care and rehabilitate athletes. He strives to incorporate the latest research into all of the classes he teaches. Kinections Inc. classes are attended by medical professionals from all over the world.
